All supplements (nutritional, botanical, homeopathic) are additional to the above fees. HST applies to supplement purchases.
All fees and supplements are payable by cash, personal cheque, debit, Visa or Mastercard AT THE END OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. Please make arrangements for prepayment of any supplements to be shipped to you or set aside for pick up in the office.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A minimum of 24 hours as notice is required for cancellation of an appointment. If you fail to provide this notice you will be billed for the entire fee for the appointment. You are responsible for keeping your appointment. Patient reminders are no longer being sent.
E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS: E-mail is not a substitute for an office appointment. E-mail can be used to exchange information, but must be prearranged with Dr. Love. You will be billed for the time spent if a response is required.
TELEPHONE APPOINTMENTS: Since Covid, telephone appointments have in many cases been scheduled instead of in-office appointments. In-office appointments will continue to be scheduled for manual care, patient examinations and when needed to provide appropriate care. Zoom or similar platforms must be pre- arranged by the patient. Billing is the same for in-office or telehealth appointments, and the type of appointment will be reflected on your receipt.
COVID PROTOCOLS: This office will continue to follow earlier Covid protocols, with masking, hand sanitation and requesting patients refrain from coming to the office with cold/flu/Covid symtoms. If travelling, please schedule appointments at least 5 days after you return. If in contact with someone with Covid, please cancel any immediate appointment and reschedule at least 7 days following known contact.
